Nepal Trust Austria (NTA) was found in the early 2000's when Mr. Eduard Frosch came to Simikot during his trip to the Mt. Kailash. Because of his interest he visited the hospital and found it run-down. He decided to support the hospital and to improve the medical treatment.

NAPO is getting technical and financial support from NTA in order to achieve the aims and objectives of both organisations.
